Indian Fish..I Mean Crab Coconut Curry

I came across this recipe for Indian Fish Coconut Curry but since my hubby's not a big fan of fish, I decided to substitute Imitation Crabmeat instead. The verdict? VERY good! You can't go wrong with coconut curry and of course, you know we both LOVE Imitation Crabmeat!
