No FOOL Whiskey Pork Chop!

I've never been a fan of April Fools so I'm glad no one played any pranks on me. I'm just not into practical jokes whether I'm the giver or the receiver. ANYWAY...for dinner, I made Whiskey Pork Chops (with Jameson, of course! Man, the flavor was just SO perfect with the sour cream, sage and mushrooms. I served the pork with mashed potatoes and there was plenty of gravy to go around!
