Another Porky Trip to Morocco!

We LOVE Moroccan food so I knew I had to try this Pork and Pear Tagine! The combination of garlic, ginger, cinnamon and cumin were just perfect together and the pears added a nice touch of sweetness. I also kicked things up with a bit of Harissa Paste since we like things spicy and it was an amazing Moroccan feast!

Pork goes so well with so many types of fruit. I bet the pears were divine in this dish.
