A Fruity Way to Start the Weekend!

I love the combination of Balsamic Vinegar and Citrus so I knew I had to make Rachael Ray's Orange Balsamic-Glazed Chicken. It came out incredibly flavorful and just amazing! I used Cherry-flavored Balsamic Vinegar cuz I thought it would go nicely with the Orange Marmalade and served the chicken on a bed of couscous to soak up the yummy sauce. As Rachael Ray would say "YUM-O!"
