Mac and Cheese is PERFECT on a Friday Night!

I can't think of a better way to start the weekend than with Mac and Cheese. This wasn't just any ordinary Mac and Cheese though, it's got Apple Sausage in it! I used Trader Joe's Smoked Apple Chardonnay Chicken Sausage, which is one of our favorites. Since I didn't have any Ritz Crackers, I used a combination of regular breadcrumbs and Parmesan for the topping. It came out incredibly flavorful with a touch of sweetness that you wouldn't normally expect from Mac and Cheese. YUMMY!
