It's been a while since I made some good ribs and when I saw this recipe from Taste of Home, I knew I needed to make it ASAP. So I picked up about 5 lbs of boneless ribs and went to work. I cooked everything on low overnight and woke up to THE MOST AMAZING smell this morning! When I got home after work, I reheated the slow cooker on low for about 30 minutes and made a quick mushroom Couscous. Lemme quote Greg here..."Baby, these are literally THE best ribs I've EVER had!" They were pretty darn good, if I do say so myself! The Couscous soaked up every last bit of the yummy sauce and the ribs were so tender and juicy! I'm DEFINITELY glad we have left-overs!
