And the Secret Ingredient Is...

Apples! Fall is finally among us and what better way to welcome it than with apples! Now, a full week after my disaster in the kitchen, I decided to give baking another try. These aren't just your basic oatmeal raisin cookies! They've got chunks of delicious red apples in them! I just received my Cuisinart Mini-Prep (pink, of course!) in the mail so chopping up the apple was super easy. I followed this recipe from The Stepford Kitchen but added about 1/2 cup of raisins. SO moist and yummy! Happy Fall everyone!
