Tis the Season for Pumpkin Obsession!

Around this time of the year, I become a bit pumpkin-obsessed so you'll be seeing lots of pumpkin creation like these Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies. They're loaded with dried cherries and white chocolate chips and absolutely delicious! They're also very soft, making them taste almost bread-like. Happy Friday everyone!
