Another Yummy Trip to Morocco!

I've been saving this Moroccan recipe from Rachael Ray for a while now and finally made it tonight. I chose to use chicken since that was what I had on hand and served the meat over couscous. The flavor combination of the cumin, coriander, chili and cinnamon was amazing! I also loved the bright citrucy addition of the lemon. Another definite winner from Rachael Ray!
