Can't Go Wrong with STUFFED Meatballs!

I watched Rachael Ray make her Gorgonzola-Stuffed Meatballs with Onion Tomato Gravy and just couldn't WAIT to make them! I made my meatballs a little bit smaller than hers and they were incredibly good! I haven't used Gorgonzola much but it tastes a lot like blue cheese, which I love! The meatballs were so moist and full of flavor and I served them over Mashed Potatoes (which you can't see under all that gravy!) and we had a wonder comfort feast!
