I had some leftover Mascarpone so I decided to make Giada's Orechiette with Sausage with a few adjustments. I nixed the beans and doubled up on the sausage cuz we're meatlovers and used Italian pork sausage instead of the turkey. I also added garlic, hot pepper flakes and replaced the pasta water with white wine for more flavor. The result was a super meaty and creamy dinner!
