Bolognese on a Weeknight?

Whenever I hear the word Bolognese, I think of hours of cooking resulting in obviously delicious meals so when I saw a recipe for a Weeknight Recipe, I was instantly intrigued. It did NOT disappoint! The sauce was so flavorful and we loved every bite of it!
