Goulash Tastes a LOT Better than it Sounds!

What do you think of when you hear the word Goulash? Something gross? If your answer is yes, you feel the same way as my hubby. Tonight though, I changed his minde with Rachael Ray's Pork Goulash with Apple and Onion. It was incredibly flavorful with the paprika, coriander and cumin and the apple really brightened up the dish. Of course, the extra cheesey sour cream topping helped too!
