Rice Noodles and Crab? Can't Go Wrong!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE rice noodles and imitation crab so when I came across Vermicelli and Crab Meat Stir Fry, I couldn't resist. Yes, I know I sorta cheated with the imitation crab, but we really do love it even more than real crab meat. (I know, CRAZY!) It was so flavorful and easy too. A winner all over! With a fried egg on top, of course!
