Lone Overdue for Panini!

It's definitely been a while since I made Panini for us so I decided to dust off the Panini Press on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. These feature roast beef, ham, tomatoes and a yummy combination of Smoked Gouda, Horseradish Cheddar AND Swiss Cheese. Can't beat that!
