The Last of my Cube Steak

I bought Cube Steak for the first time a while back and did a lot of research on how to cook it. Most of the recipes were for Chicken-Fried Steak which we really loved but I also found this recipe for Salisbury braising the meat nice and slow. I thought I'd give it a try and it turned out REALLY good! I served the meat over Polenta and hubby was very impressed since he claims he doesn't like Cube Steak! :)
