Perfectly Braised Paprika Chicken!

I came across this recipe for Braised Paprika Chicken and knew I wanted to make it. I LOVE braising chicken thighs cuz the meat always comes out perfectly tender and flavorful. I didn't have any Hungarian Paprika so I just used regular paprika but bumped up the sugar content a bit to make it sweeter. I also substituted zucchini for the green peppers and served the chicken over mashed potatoes. The dish came out SO good! The meat was so tender it literally fell off the bones and the sauce was just amazing!
