We Like Things STUFFED!

Let's be honest here. Stuffed things are just better, especially when it's Stuffed Meatballs from Williams Sonoma! These are seriously the most MOIST meatballs I've ever had thanks to the milk-soaked fresh breadcrumbs. They've also got tons of garlic flavor, which we both love and the parsley added a nice freshness. The recipe called for 3 pounds of meat so I scaled it down to just 1 pound of ground beef and still ended up with 12 HUGE meatballs. I also used 2 pieces of string cheese cut into 6 chunks each, which were the perfect stuffing size. SO good and the perfect pick-me-up on a Monday night!
