Ever since I watched Sunny Anderson make her Upside Down Cornbread, I've been wanting to make it. It just looked so ooey gooey and delicious! The only change I made was omitting the Maraschino Cherries cuz my Cocktail Mix already had cheeries in it. It came out perfectly sweet and a bit messy, just the way I thought it would be! Thanks for another great recipe Sunny!
