More Moroccan Goodness!

We LOVE Moroccan food even if it's not authentic like Emeril's Chicken Thighs with Preserved Lemons and Green Olives. I used Pimento-Stuffed Olives (which are my favorite) and it went really well with all the other flavors! The chicken was so tender and super moist. I swear Preserved Lemons make everything taste better! BAM!
