Pumpkin Season Continues!

I had half a can of pumpkin left over from making my Pumpkin Muffins so I decided to try this Baked Ziti with Pumpkin and Sausage. (I halved the recipe.) I used Italian Chicken Sausage from Trader Joe's, which is one of our favorites, and the dish turned out so good! The Pumpkin Sauce was super creamy from the Evaporated Milk and just went so well with the slightly spicy sausage. Quick and perfect dinner on a fall night!
