Chocolate Chip Cookies for Cinco de Mayo!

Cinco de Mayo is a holiday that I celebrate every year even before I married a half-Mexican. Why? Cuz that's the day I got my Driver's License! It took 3 tries but I finally did it on this faithful holiday 13 years ago and my driving hasn't gotten any better! (I'm not joking...) So this year to celebrate, I made these Spicy Mexican Chocolate Chip Cookies and they were a major hit at the office! In fact, these are probably one of the fastest-disappearing cookies I've ever made! 6 dozen gone before lunch! I guess people like the combination of sweet and spicy and you can't beat chocolate chip cookies!
