I found this recipe for Moroccan-Spiced Pork Chops and thought it would be the perfect way to test out my Harissa Paste. OMG the flavors were so exotic and incredibly bold although not overly spicy! I marinated the porkchops overnight and they definitely soaked up all the amazing flavors! I also added raisins for more sweetness and served the chops over couscous. A VERY yummy trip to Morocco on a weeknight!
