I don't usually venture out of my daily Atkins Advantage Bar Routine but I saw these Kashi Crunchy Bars at Rite Aid this past weekend and wanted to try them out. They're HUGE for being only 150 calories and have 8g of Protein and 6g of Fiber. They've also got some type of Cracker Jack-like Popcorn flavor going on that's really satisfying and yummy! :)
