First Dinner of the Weekend

For our first dinner together on Friday, I decided to make this Maple Salmon with Mushroom Couscous recipe. I mean, the NAME just sounds yummy! I already had some left-over mushroom couscous from making the sea bass so all I had to do was cook the salmon. I ended up marinating the fish in the sauce for about 30 minutes before baking to give it a more intense flavor. Doesn't that just look like the PERFECT piece of saucy salmon?
