LOTS of Dill!

My dill is growing really fast and seem to shoot up an inch every other day! So when I saw this recipe on Annie's Blog, I knew I had to bake up some yummy Cheddar Dill Scones. (I also needed an excuse to use my awesome PINK food processor again!) Dill was great with my Salmon Patties but it was even better with cheddar! Using the food processor made them really easy and I also substituted a cup of whole wheat flour to make them healthier. They were SO good warm out of the oven and made a fantastic afternoon snack! I bet they'll be perfect with some Tomato Soup for an easy lunch too!
