Another McCormick-Inspired Asian Meal

Tonight's dinner was inspired by this Red Curried Chicken from McCormick's website. I added some bell peppers to the mix and also dredged the chicken in cornstarch to make the meat more tender. Very delicious and the perfect combination of spicy, sweet and creamy!
