I've been saving this recipe for Thai-Ginger Rubbed Salmon with Green Curry Sauce from McCormick's website for a while now and finally made it today. Since we don't have a grill, I followed the oven method and baked it for about 15 minutes. The curry sauce was amazing! Super flavorful and paired so well with the salmon! I served the fish over my hubby's favorite rice noodles and it was definitely a Thai feast! Not traditional, but who cares?
