Imitation Crab Asian Style!

We LOVE Imitation Crab at our house and I've made them more than a dozen ways. BUT I've never gone the Asian route before so tonight, I made Crab Fried Noodles. It was simple but VERY flavorful! I left out the bean sprouts (hubby's not a fan) and added dried Thai Chiles for an extra kick cuz we like things SPICY at our house. This was definitely a winner and I have another Asian Crab recipe that I can't wait to try!
