Burn More Calories!

According to CaloriesperHour.com, a person of my weight can burn 7 calories per minute doing Jumping Jacks! SO, if I was to do 6 exercises and 3 sets each, Jumping Jacks for 1 minute in between each set, I can burn an extra 126 calories per workout! BURN baby BURN!

My boyfriend swears by jumping jacks. Whenever I ask him what should I do for exercise the answer is Jumping Jacks. Good to know!

Jumping Jacks in between sets can really rev up your calorie burn and your heart rate. You can also try jogging in place and jumping rope.

hey thanks for the comment! i really like the garlic and herb and can't wait to try the multigrain, thanks for the suggestion. i just read the post bellow of your adventure to sac...i live 20min north of sac and always visit friends in san fran for the weekends to escape the heat, its like we are switching roles!! haha cool. hope your off to a great week!
