I had some left-over Roasted Red Bell Peppers from making those Crab Cakes for my mom and decided to bake these savory Muffins. The Feta, Roasted Red Bell Peppers and Fresh Basil were the perfect combination. They smelled SO good coming out of the oven! I love making savory muffins cuz you can really make a meal out of them by adding a side salad or some soup now that it's getting chilly outside. I took some to my mom and she thought they were a bit salty (probably from the Feta?) but still really yummy!
