My Meatballs Make Another Appearance

The good thing about making LOTS of meatballs is you have LOTS of left-overs to make different meals with. I put about a third of them in the freezer and had 8 in the fridge. So tonight, I decided to make a classic Spaghetti and Meatballs. I just love the fact that I now have fresh herbs from my Aero Garden to cook and garnish with! I bought the Gourmet Herb Kit about a month ago and the Basil was the first to really spruce up. I think my Dill and Oregano are ready to be used too. I'll have to remember to take a picture of the garden soon!
