Back to Basics with Brownie Bites!

I try to get creative with my baking most of the time, but sometimes you've just gotta go back and make a classic like Brownie Bites! I had a box of Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix in the pantry (the BEST in my opinion!) and chose the "Fudge Brownie" route, which basically meant using 2 eggs instead of 3. I don't think it gets easier than baking these brownie bites and they were gobbled up in no time at work! DEFINITELY a good choice for Cookie Friday!
