Ingredients:
¾ c lukewarm water
½ c ricotta cheese
½ c Feta cheese
½ c shredded Mexican cheese
3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp butter
1½ tsp salt
3 c white flour
2 tsp yeast
Prep:
1. Measure ingredients in order listed into baking pan. Select sweet setting and 1.5 lb Loaf. Choose light or dark (I chose dark).
2. Once complete, remove baking pan and allow to cool before slicing.
