I Got a Request for CHEWY Cookies

One of my coworkers who recently transferred to our NY office came back for a visit. She always loved my baking so I asked her what she wanted me to make for Cookie Friday this week. She replied "anything chewy" so I decided to make Martha Stewart's Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies. OMG where they good! You really can't go wrong with a Martha Stewart recipe for cookies and these were DEFINITELY chewy! The trick to making these cookies is to really watch them and make sure to not overbake them. There's nothing worse than dried out cookies that were meant to be soft!
