The Pretties Stuffed Shells I've Ever Made!

We LOVE Stuffed Shells at our house and I make them as often as I can. They're super yummy but not always pretty to look at. That's why I was SO proud of myself when I took this picture! Aren't they pretty? These shells were stuffed with a beef and Ricotta mixture and topped with a homemade tomato sauce then baked in the often with Mozzarella sprinkled on top. SO incredibly delicious!
