Restaurant-Quality Vietnamese Pork

I came across this recipe for Vietnamese Pork in Caramel Sauce and knew I had to make it! It's one of my hubby's favorite dishes to order and it definitely turned out to be restaurant-quality! The combination of spicy, sweet and savory was just perfect and I kept the meat tender by dredging it in some cornstarch first. (It's a trick I learned from my mom.) I served my pork over rice noodles (another hubby's favorite!) and our perfect Vietnamese meal was complete!
