$5 Rotisserie Chicken!

We have these $5 Friday Deals at our Safeway and today they were offering Rotisserie Chicken! How can I resist that right? I decided to make Chicken Tortilla Pie, a recipe I'd been saving for a while now. It just seemed like the perfect easy dinner to make on a Friday night. I already had all the other ingredients at home so the meal took no time at all to put together. VERY good and I'm sure the leftovers will be even better!
