I saved this recipe for Pork and Peach Chutney the other day and decided to make it tonight. I'm glad I did cuz it was DELICIOUS! I've always liked the combination of pork and fruit so I knew peach would be great especially with the raisins! The only changes I made were substituting balsamic vinegar for the white and orange juice for the broth to add to the fruity flavor. I served it over rice to soak up all the yummy sauce. YUM YUM!
