I've fallen in love with Mediterranean dishes and when I see a picture like this Sweet and Sour Chicken in a beautiful Tagine, I totally wanna get my own. BUT since a decent Tagine costs almost $200, I feel like my Dutch oven will have to do for now. (*sigh) Anyway, this recipe was really good especially since I used bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs. I loved the addition of the prunes and raisins which gave the sauce a sweet fruity flavor. I served the chicken over couscous and we had an amazing Sunday Night Mediterranean feast!
