Well, tonight curiosity got the best of me and I decided to try the recipe using Imitation Crabmeat instead. The verdict? We LOVED it! The Coconut Milk made the dish really come together and all the spices gave it a nice kick. I served the crabmeat over rice noodles and it was an amazing curry feast!
