Can't Wait until Thanksgiving!

It finally hit me that the holidays are just around the corner when I received 2 of my cooking magazines both with Thanksgiving recipes featured on the cover. That's just fine with me cuz we LOVE holiday food at our house. Flipping through the magazines I suddenly had a craving for stuffing so that's just what I made for dinner to go along Maple-Glazed Chicken. I thought they were the perfect match and hubby agreed! My stuffing had apple chunks and raisins with a sprinkle of cinnamon for that perfect autumn flavor. I guess we just can't wait till Thanksgiving!
