You Can't Go Wrong with Adding Cream Cheese!

Ever since I discovered Oprah's Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies, I've been obsessed with adding cream cheese to baked goods. It just makes everything taste so creamy and decadent! I came across these Chocolate Cheese Mini Muffins and definitely wanted to make them. I decided against the glaze for easy transport and also left out the cocoa but doubled-up on the chocolate chips. They were AMAZING! The perfect creamy texture with LOTS of chocolatey goodness! I'm SO glad I made a double batch!
