Did you know that you don't have to pre-boil the lasagna noodles before baking them? Well, when I saw this Kraft recipe, I knew I wanted to give it a shot! Greg LOVES Lasagna but it always seemed like such a big production, getting out my huge boiling pot, cooking the noodles, browning the meat, layering everything and THEN having to bake it all. Not anymore! Basically the trick is to add enough water to the sauce so that your noodles cook while everything gets baked. It turned out perfectly and now we can have Lasagna a LOT more often!

A great tip. And it means one can indulge in lasagna much more often, without having to slave away at the stove/oven for hours and hours.
