You don't know how long I've been wanting to make Rachael Ray's Crab Cake Mac and Cheese. Ever since I watched her make it on her new show, Week in a Day, I've been dreaming about how yummy the combination of crab cake and mac and cheese must taste! Tonight, I finally made it and it's even better than I could've ever imagined! I used a can of Chicken of the Sea Premium Crab Meat and Old Bay Lemon and Herb Seasoning cuz I knew the combination makes great crab cakes. The recipe made a HUGE dish and we have a ton of left-overs, which I'm totally looking forward to cuz Mac and Cheese really is even better the next day!
