It's Time for More Curry!
Greg LOVES curry (and so do I!) so when he asks for it, I always give in. Tonight, this Chicken Curry really hit the spot! Spicy and creamy, just the way a perfect curry dish should be! Did I mention that I order my Coconut Milk from Amazon? It's cheaper than even Target and we go through them so much these days that it actually makes a difference! Gotta love that free Prime Shipping! :)

That dish looks so elegant! Have you ever tried coconut cream? My friend turned me on to it awhile back and now I always use that instead of milk. I find it in the cans at the Asian markets. But I think it's also in the frozen section.
