It's been a while since I've made Manicotti so when I watched Giada make her Beef and Cheese Manicotti, I immediately got a craving. I chose to make it on Sunday night cuz it was a bit time consuming although easy using pre-made Marinara Sauce. I always love stuffing the tubes cuz it's kinda messy but a lotta fun! Beefy with 3 types of cheeses, how can this NOT be good?
