Halfway Authentic Chicken Korma

Why halfway? Cuz it's a McCormick's recipe (so obviously NOT authentic!) BUT my cinnamon stick and Garam Masala came straight from India! That's right, Greg's coworker works at their India office and she's sweet enough to bring me goodies every now and then. The real stuff just makes such a difference and the spices are much more potent than what you find around here. My Chicken Korma turned out SO incredibly flavorful and I made sure there was enough rice to soak up every drop of that yummy curry sauce!

What a nice co-worker to ferry super fresh spices to you all the way from India. I bet this chicken dish was fabulous. ;)
