It's All About the Shiny Glaze!

While searching for something different to make with pork chops, I ran across this recipe for Hoisin Pork Chops. It was adapted from Emeril so I knew it had to be good! I had a bit of time so I marinated the meat for about 30 minutes before cooking it. I also just finished the dish on the stovetop, covered and simmered on low, instead of putting it in the oven. The meat was SO flavorful and the sauce was just SO sweet and salty and spicy in the most perfect way! What a great way to get over the hump of the week huh?
