A Creamy Start to the Weekend!

I've been meaning to make this Penne with Sausage and Cream for some time now and finally did it tonight. I was SO glad I did! I used Hot Italian Sausage and it went so well with the creamy sauce. I also tossed everything with shredded Mozzarella Cheese cuz well, everything's better with more cheese right? What a nice and creamy way to start the weekend!
